Painting with Chim | Sip & Paint Experiences

By booking or participating in any event, session, or program at Painting With Chim Art Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with full or partial payment (as specified during booking).
Painting With Chim Art Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel sessions or events as needed. In such cases, we will notify all affected participants.
The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or left behind during or after events.

2. Age Policy

Adults (18+): Required for all Night Sip & Paint events unless otherwise stated.
Kids Sessions (Ages 2–15): Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for drop-off registration or supervised pickup.
Family Events: Open to all ages unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment must be made in full before attending the session.
Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 48 hours before the event.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable; however, credit may be applied to a future event if cancellation is within the allowed period.
No-shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

4. Private Events

Private event bookings require a deposit to secure the date.
Final headcount and balance payment are due 72 hours before the event.
If the group size decreases after payment, no refunds will be provided for absent participants.

5. Liability & Safety Disclaimer

Painting With Chim Art Studio is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions (to food/drinks), or accidents that occur during events.
All participants take part in activities at their own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the studio staff.
For children's sessions, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the child's readiness to participate safely.

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

All participants retain ownership of their artwork created during the session.
By attending, you grant Painting With Chim Art Studio permission to take photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the session.
Studio designs, branding, and event formats may not be replicated for commercial purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and fun environment.
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
Alcohol (for adult sessions) must be consumed responsibly. Intoxicated guests may be refused participation for safety reasons.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Painting With Chim Art Studio, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these terms.
You voluntarily agree to participate.
You release the studio and its staff from any liability arising from participation in events or sessions.
